Patients are strictly required to adhere to the custom **post-treatment care instructions** provided by our clinical team to support healing and ensure optimal results.
6. Treatment Packages & Refunds
Packages are strictly personal, non-transferable, and must be completed within **twelve (12) months** from the date of purchase. Refunds are not provided for completed procedures or partially utilized packages, as clinical fees cover the cost of sterile medical resources, practitioner time, and medical insurance coverage.
